Restoration
Restoration of a Galloping Gig attributed to G&J Lines England. As the gig moves, the horses move up and down. An image exists of the infant King George VI riding a similar gig aged 2 in 1897. This fine example had been repainted so we restored sympathetically to the original design and colour and re-built the seat using traditional willow techniques.
